Today we have clearly witnessed the destruction of a Repbulic. Certainly since September 15th the writing has been clear and present, the path we are on is one which is intended to ignore, at the very least, and destroy, at the worst, the Constitution of the United States.
President Obama was supposedly a Constitutional Professor, or lecturer at the University of Chicago...so one might have expected he had read the document, he presumably was speaking, teaching from in his classroom. Article 1, Section 9, Clause 3 is explicit..."No bill of attainder or ex post facto law shall be passed".
Today, Congress passed both a law that violates both portions of the Constitution referenced. In short, we have been violating the Non-Delegation language and principle of the US CONSTITUTION since the October 3rd passage of the original Bailout. Today, we have stepped further into the tyranny of the Elite to decide that the US CONSTITUTION is a set of suggestions, not governing principles...
